Objective

The principal objective of the "EthioArmenian Group" is to provide a forum for interaction among YetovbaHayer. You can post messages and photos and others have the opportunity to provide input too. You will perhaps be an observer to begin with but hopefully you will all become active participants and contributors. It is through communication that we can inform and be informed about our larger family - the YetovbaHayer. This will inevitably contain some "weree". We hope that it will serve a useful purpose. This can only be gauged by the number of visitors and participants it will have.

Basic rules

• Messages should be restricted to Ethiopian-Armenians or related to Ethiopian-Armenian issues.  Some information on Ethiopia and Armenia would also be permitted, however, there are already quite a number of web sites on these matters and we do not wish to duplicate what members can and do find elsewhere.
• We ask you to please be circumspect with your input. Let us be polite with all our postings. Let us avoid any abusive language. Your good behaviour will ensure your continued membership of this EthioArmenian Group.
• There should be no marketing or sales messages. We should also avoid the usual "forwards" with jokes, various messages, quotations and advice.
• Members will be required to provide their full name at the end of any and all messages.

   

How to become a member

• Go to the web site http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ethioarmenian/
• Click on "Join this Group". On the next page, if you have a Yahoo! identification (Yahoo e-mail address), just enter it and you will be granted clearance by the Moderator/Owner of the EthioArmenian Group to have access to the messages and photos, as well as being able to post messages and photos. If you do not have a Yahoo! identification, you will need to register for a Yahoo! e-mail address. (This is an easy process, it is free and it will enable you to see all messages and photos posted on the web site.)
• Even after you have a Yahoo! e-mail address, you may opt to continue to receive messages on your regular, preferrred e-mail address.
