October 6, 1947: 20th Century Fox plane that was flown by Tyron Power to Addis Ababa.

At that time, he was making a round the world flight on his good will tour.

Tyrone Power was an accomplished pilot. During WWII he was a U. S. Marine Corps fighter pilot.
